Ongoing growth: Hygeco gets 10M€ in fund-raising.

In order to accelerate its development, Hygeco Group, accompanied by its shareholder Abénex, raised €10 million last July from a banking pool made up of BNP, Caisse d’Epargne Ile de France and Crédit Agricole.

This funding enabled the acquisition of a leading European company in the field of pathological anatomy and cytology ACP. This range of additional equipment therefore reinforces the Group’s current portfolio to offer even more complete solutions to anatomopathological laboratories.

Hygeco Group now has three internationally renowned brands, a unique product range on the market and a distribution network serving its customers in more than 150 countries in the funeral, medical and veterinary sectors.
