A recent project in Spain illustrates once again the synergies between two of the Group’s brands, Hygeco and Funeralia, combining their recognised expertise to offer complete, high-quality solutions to customers in the medical sector.
▶ Hygeco and Funeralia have supplied two autopsy tables with integrated filter system, a 250 kg lifting trolley, two workstations and a cold chamber for 9 bodies as part of the equipment for the new Terres de l’Ebre forensic institute.
▶ The major challenge of the project was the space available for the cold room. Funeralia was able to provide a solution to this problem by designing a chamber with 3 independent bays, 2 positive and 1 negative, measuring 2.7m in length.
