In 2021, Université Libre de Bruxelles entrusted Hygeco and Funeralia for the renovation of their anatomy lab. The focus of equipping the new lab was on state-of-the art technology to guarantee maximum security and ergonomics for the user.
The project, which run over 2 and a half years in total, was divided into two phases. The equipment of the second phase has been delivered in January this year, aiming to complete the human and veterinary anatomy lab with tables and body trays.
All the delivered tables feature our innovative body tray transfer system, allowing the handling of the anatomic subject by a single person – from the moment of arrival to the lab and to the cold chamber. The new tables not only ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the lab but also actively contribute to the prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders.
